I can help you find a building lot, select a top local builder that is the right fit for you, finalize your plans and guide you through the construction process. As manager of our New Homes Division I will help you avoid the pitfalls of building and work to ensure that you realize your dream home, all within fixed terms and budget.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will market you property with your goals in mind and with the objective of securing its full value. To seek the best qualified buyer I deploy enhanced internet positioning and MLS exposure, advise staging techniques, recommend property improvements, set signage, provide flyers, and hold the property open. To secure the transaction I will negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, mediate issues, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

If you are considering leasing a home or condominium I can offer 25 years of residential leasing experience. My specialty is screening and qualifying tenants for home owners who choose to lease their primary residence or an investment property. I carefully conform the lease terms to the owner's objectives, and work to ensure that the property and the tenant are a good fit.
